Bob Brady is a New Jersey attorney focused on commercial litigation, business disputes, and complex civil matters.  As the founder of the Law Offices of Robert C. Brady, P.C., Mr. Brady represents businesses, professionals, and individuals in high-stakes disputes while providing the personalized attention often missing from larger law firms.

With more than two decades of legal experience, Mr. Brady combines sophisticated litigation skills developed at a large regional law firm with the responsiveness and accessibility of a boutique practice based in Newton, New Jersey.

Bob served as an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall University School of Law for fifteen years. He has spoken at continuing legal education seminars on issues related to franchise law, construction law, and civil procedure. 

Bob is currently serving the legal community in Sussex County as the Treasurer of the Sussex County Bar Association.

Bob was named to the New Jersey Law Journal's "New Leaders of the Bar" list in 2013.  The Law Journal selects for this recognition attorneys in their second decade of practice whose achievements in the workplace and public service involvement distinguish them from their peers.

Thomson Reuters has included Bob on New Jersey’s “Super Lawyers” list for Business Litigation from 2014-present.  Prior to that, Bob received recognition from Thomson Reuters on its “Rising Stars” list for Business Litigation from 2009-2013.  Bob was included on the "Top 100 Attorneys in New Jersey" list in 2022.

Bob is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  This is the organization's highest peer rating standard. This is given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers.

Bob was inducted into the Patriots' Path Council's Eagle Scout Hall of Fame in 2020.  The Patriots’ Path Council Eagle Scout Hall of Fame Award was established to recognize Eagle Scouts who, after 25 years or longer of having received the Eagle Scout Award, have reached a high level of success in their chosen field and demonstrated a strong record of volunteer leadership service to the Patriots’ Path Council and their community.
